Swim Team Uniform
Team Suit - TYR Durafast Elite Solid with Logo We update our team suit every 2 years. For the 2022 swim season our suit will be the Dophin Fury in Red. Thursday, June 9 from 5:30 to 6:30, we will have Enser from Sports Fair on site. If you are unable to make this time, you will be able to make an appointment to be fitted in the store. Sports Fair is located at 5010 Lee Highway and their phone number is (703) 524-9500.
Goggles
All swimmers must have goggles. Please try on goggles to make sure they fit appropriately and swimmers know how to put them on correctly. We see many goggles fall off at the start or in the middle of a race.
Workout Clothes
Please come ready to exercise and sweat. Hustle makes it happen!
Workout Shoes
We will be doing land exercises and we will require appropriate footwear.
Caps
All swimmers must have caps. If you are in need of swim caps we recommend a red, black or red and black TYR cap. Here are two suggested links. We initially suggested the first cap, however, with supply chain issues, we also suggest the second one.

Water Bottles
Hydration is key! Even though we will be swimming, dehydration can occur and it can be dangerous. Please bring water.
Towels
Everyone please bring a towel.
