SWIM TEAM: Pre-Meet Warm Up@AST

Red Tide Families,
In preparation for tomorrow night's Divisional Relay Carnival, the coaches will be holding a special pre-meet warm up at our pool. This would be a good opportunity to organize some carpools too!
Here is the AST pre-meet warm up schedule:
- 4:00PM for 12 & unders
- 4:20PM for 13 & up
