Today is our official FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE!! Coaches Rai and Michael are ready to get this season started. For today, the focus will only be dryland since the weather is gloomy and chilly. Please bring a towel and a water bottle.

As a reminder, practice starts at 5:15 pm. We'll see you on deck!
